Our Terms & conditions
SheniSites will endeavour to operate in a fair and reasonable manner at all times and it is part of our ethos to ensure we maintain a great relationship with our Clients. It is, however, important to agree to certain contractual aspects in order to protect both parties. By undertaking a project with SheniSites, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement
SheniSites will provide web design and development services as outlined in the agreement with the client. The scope of work, timelines, and costs will be specified and agreed upon before the project starts.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may affect the project timeline.
3. Revisions and Changes
We offer a set number of revisions as specified in the service agreement. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before starting the project, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment details, including milestones, will be outlined in the contract. Delayed payments may result in a suspension of services.
5. Project Timelines
SheniSites aims to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances or client-related factors (e.g., late submissions of content) are not the responsibility of SheniSites.
6. Website Launch
Once the website is complete and approved by the client, it will be launched live. Any further updates or maintenance will be subject to a separate agreement or charged accordingly.
7. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the final website and domain. However, SheniSites reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and for promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise.
8. Liability
SheniSites is not liable for any issues arising from external factors, including hosting, third-party services, or client misuse of the website. We strive to deliver secure and functional websites but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance due to factors outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client will be responsible for payment for the work completed up to that point.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be handled under New Zealand law.
